Job Description

• Perform day to day processing of account payable transactions and prepare payment (vendor invoices and employee travel & expense claims)
• AP month end closing and reporting in carrying out the responsibilities of AP department
• Preparing bank reconciliations, ageing report and Statement of Accounts
• Maintaining accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing
• To assist Accounts Manager on administrative matters
• Supporting internal and external audit requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, support company mission and value, meet KPI target.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least university degree or above, major in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related working experience in finance and accounting role
• Hardworking and with great sense of responsibility, under stress and meet tight dateline
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment, where the focus is on continuous improvement, change and the challenge to make it better
• Prefer candidates who can start immediately, latest by early March
• Language required: English and Mandarin
