In this podcast episode, Nana shares her journey from being a psychology major to starting a career in fitness. Though completely different, she managed to apply what she learnt about human behaviour into fitness and it saved her from depression.

She’s an official brand ambassador athlete with Under Armour and Apple. Now a household name, Nana is also a businesswoman and the brains behind BodyLab.
