21DAYS Investment Education Platform was founded in 2018 with a simple belief: the right financial knowledge can change the direction of a person's life.

Our founder, Dr Koshilan Kosh, was once an engineer working in Singapore. After missing his mother's birthday dinner because of an emergency at work and returning home at 2AM to find her asleep beside an untouched birthday cake, he made a decision. He wanted to build a life that gave him not only financial freedom, but also time for the people who mattered.

Through investing, he achieved his first RM1 million at the age of 26. But another experience gave that achievement a bigger purpose: seeing a friend lose more than RM300,000 to a money game.

That became part of the reason 21DAYS was created: to make practical investment education accessible and help more people build sustainable wealth through knowledge instead of speculation.

We started with a team of 3 and classes of just 10–20 students.

Today, 21DAYS has grown into a 20+ person team, with programmes serving hundreds of students at a time.

And we're still building.

We're ambitious about where 21DAYS is going, but we believe company growth and people growth should happen together.

That's why when someone joins us, we don't only ask:

“What can you do for 21DAYS?”

We also want to know:

“What do you want to achieve in the next two years and can 21DAYS be a place that helps you get there?”

Because you can earn a salary anywhere.

If we're going to spend an important part of our lives building something together, we want that journey to mean something for both of us.

We're a lean, ambitious team and we are serious about doing good work.

At 21DAYS, performance matters. We set goals, measure results, give feedback and expect ownership. You won't always be given a step-by-step instruction manual. As you grow, you'll be trusted with real responsibilities including opportunities to lead projects and events while working closely with your department leaders.

We're also an event-driven company, so there will be periods where everyone rolls up their sleeves to get things done, including selected evenings and weekends. We balance this with recovery arrangements after major events.

You'll probably enjoy working here if you like learning, taking ownership, serving people and winning as a team.

21DAYS may not be the right fit if you're looking only for a fixed clock-in-clock-out job, prefer focusing solely on your own results, or don't have the heart to serve our students.
