Our Story
We started as a boutique recruitment firm back in 2010 and have since expanded.

​Our philosophy then was simple enough: put our clients and candidates first and the rest will follow. Relationships, good work and value first. Not revenue. This belief dictated how we work with everyone, both within and without, till today. It did well for us. And continue to do so.

But the current unpredictability and constant changes in our world have placed pressure on our clients. Stiff competition, talent shortage, global politics and the Covid-19 pandemic have forced our clients to be more agile, innovative yet cost efficient.

We aim to meet these needs.

Our horizon now has expanded. We are not just a recruitment firm. We are now gone up and down the HR value chain - from providing on-demand HR advisory, contracting, HR process outsourcing to now helping our clients build an innovative culture.
