2010S A DECADE OF GROWTH...

With an emphasis on individualized pharmaceutical care and superior customer service, Alpro prospered and expanded, opening locations throughout Negeri Sembilan, Selangor and Penang. In 2011, Alpro consolidated its status by setting up its Head Quarter in Sendayan Techvalley, Negeri Sembilan (previously in Port Dickson) comprising of 5 major departments (Operation, Finance, Merchandise, Marketing and Warehouse-Logistic). Supported by strong management team and people with relevant knowledge & experiences, Alpro Pharmacy managed to open successfully more than 200 outlets across Malaysia. 

Alpro Pharmacy is now the No.1 Prescription Pharmacy in Malaysia.This pharmacy has pioneered a new standard of service which its competitors ought to follow monthly. Training has been given to the staffs ranged from Health Advisor, Supervisor, Pharmacist Assistant, Nutritionist, Dietitian, Pharmacist, Physiotherapist and Branch Manager, to provide professional and personalized pharmacy care to each of their customers. 

We are a fun team consist from different expertice who speciliaze in various areas. Nevertheless, the teamwork and transparent practice within us makes us grow bigger and stronger until we reach this stage. The highlight is we strongly believe & practice 4F as main core of culture; Friends, Family, Fun & Future. These are the key elements which connects us and increase our bonding. 

Aside from working hours, we do have lots fun activities which keeps us chill & fit. For instance we have Tik-Tok competiton, Monthly Ted-Talk sessions, Debate competitions, Yoga classess & Badminton session and etc.

Also our main backbone for all the staff in Alpro is our special platform that we provide which is the consistent training inregards of position by our Alpro Academy. Through this platform, we provide supports to our staff interms of professional & product knowledge and enhance soft skills in providing better customer experience.
