Aspire Grp. was established in 2020 as part of the 2nd-generation group of advisors from our mother-agency, Team Power Group. As an agency force, we have been part of AIA Malaysia for more than 30 years. Throughout the 3 decades of being involved with insurance advisory works, we have seen the different changes in the market and have continuously adapted to ensure that we stay relevant in this industry.

With a strong emphasis in the younger generation, Aspire Grp. is focused in discovering young talents who have the potential to succeed in the insurance business. By leveraging on the platform that is AIA Elite Academy, we believe that many young Malaysians are able to see the insurance business as a professional advisory work to be part of, and not just being a typical insurance salesperson which is a common misconception of the older generation.
