Astramina Group Berhad’s principal activity is investment holding, was incorporated on 22 January 2019 under the name of Astramina Group Sdn. Bhd, converted into a public limited company under its present name on 17 July 2019 to carry out the proposed listing on 3 December 2019 on the Bursa LEAP market.
