#HOWWEWORK — Small team, big rooms. As an Event & Operations Executive you'll be across the whole job — suppliers, run sheets, load-in, the lot — and you'll watch your work go live instead of dying in a deck.
#NOTWOWEEKSALIKE — One week you're walking a venue and chasing quotes, the next you're on site until the last guest leaves. Plans change at 6pm. We improvise, and we back each other when they do.
#WHATWELOOKFOR — Someone organised enough to hold twenty moving parts, calm enough to fix things quietly, and willing to carry a box when it needs carrying. Taste and ownership matter more than years on a CV.
