About Us
BCB Berhad, initially established in Malaysia as a private limited company on July 13, 1988, under the name Kemajuan Buditama Sdn. Bhd., has embarked on a remarkable journey of transformation and growth. On August 21, 1995, BCB underwent a significant change as it transitioned into a public company, adopting its present name, BCB Berhad. Subsequently, on December 3, 1996, it achieved another milestone by listing on the main board of Bursa Malaysia.
