Cilantro Culinary Academy is the largest private vocational culinary academy in Malaysia. Established since 2006, under the registered company named of Beyond Legend Sdn Bhd, we are a highly respectable Professional Chef Training Academy located in USJ, Subang Jaya. Being the pioneer in the vocational culinary education, our establishment is well-known in the culinary education and also in the F&B industry especially among the Hoteliers. Young chefs graduating from our academy are highly sought after by renowned hotels, fine dining restaurants and international chain restaurants in Malaysia and Singapore.

 

Every year, we train hundreds of young, energetic and ambitious chefs-to-be, to start their career in the Hospitality Industry.
