Who We Are
BLDP was incorporated in Malaysia as a public limited company under the Companies Act 1965 on 19 October 2001. It was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad under the plantation sector on 21 July 2003. It serves as a parent company to Bintulu Lumber Development Sdn. Bhd., Kirana Palm Oil Refinery Sdn. Bhd., Grand Mutual Sdn. Bhd., Niamas Istimewa Sdn. Bhd., BLD Resources Sdn. Bhd., Rela Aman Sdn. Bhd. and Easibright Sdn. Bhd. BLDP is principally engaged in investment holding and provision of management services.
