About Us

Catcha Group is a leading Southeast Asia (SEA) internet group based in Malaysia. We build and invest in disruptive tech companies in emerging markets. In the past 20 years in the SEA tech scene, we have made more than 60 investments and brought 5 companies from startup to IPO (4 in Australia Stock Exchange and 1 in Bursa Malaysia).

iProperty Group (ASX:IPP) – SEA largest property portal, acquired for US$534m in 2016 by REA Group, a Rupert Murdoch's company. It’s the second-largest internet exit in the SEA tech scene
REV Asia Berhad (KLSE:REV) – Malaysia’s leading digital media groups, acquired by Media Prima for US$24 million
iflix, a leading Video on Demand (VoD) platform in the emerging markets, present in 21 countries globally. Raised US$350m+ since inception in 2015
iCar Asia (ASX:ICQ) – SEA largest automotive portal, operating 7 brands across Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia
Frontier Digital Ventures (ASX:FDV) – leading investor and operator of online classifieds businesses in frontier and emerging markets
