Ceventure X Sdn Bhd (CX) was founded in 2016 as a consultancy business specialised in real estate development and property management. It is also an investment holding company with investment in industrial property, F&B and agriculture business. 

We offer consultancy services to our clients in the real estate industry from the financial standpoint. This includes the provision of feasibility studies, market research, site visits and deal structuring. We are heavily involved in the negotiation process in relation to potential acquisitions and/or development opportunities. 

In 2020, we diversified into agriculture activities by setting up a 14-acre integrated farm consisting of aquaponics and banana plantation that utilises precision farming technology. Our main vision is to capitalise on the vast potential of the agriculture industry presented by the advancement of agriculture technology and the growing worldwide attention on agriculture and food security.
