The second pair of cultural drivers is: We rely on each other; and We act with freedom.
It means that we care for each other without forgetting the structures that keep us accountable, and that we give and ask for help where needed so that our pioneering mindset can continue to break barriers, and so that we can be agile and keep improving in everything that we do.
One driver cannot stand alone
It is the dynamic mix of these four cultural drivers that makes us truly unique and gives us a shared understanding of our company culture. We can use the cultural drivers to make us stronger and speak with one voice. We can use them to sharpen our focus, to guide our team work and to keep perspective.
