There isn't a clear hierarchical system which allows people to agree to disagree on certain things. I enjoy this as it allows people to have their own opinions and learn from their perspectives.
Furthermore, everyone takes their work very seriously but when it comes to fun events, everyone would attempt to join in. Work hard and play hard is definitely one of the many mottos in CT."
