Retail is hard. We want to make it less hard.

• Here's the problem we want to solve: how can we help retailers understand the 90% of shoppers who enter their stores, but leave without buying anything? Who are they, why did they enter the store, why did they leave?
• We've received seed funding from a major corporate investor to build a solution to this problem. We are at that crazy, anything goes early stage of a startup. We'll be trying everything and breaking everything until we find something that works. 
• If you've got the stomach for it, this will be that one experience in your resume that you can point at and confidently say, "I learned the most at that job."

We are Arjun and Barry.

• Barry's background is in economics, he's scaled and sold an award-winning fashion retail company, and worked with other startups in building new teams.
• Arjun's background is in product development, and has built and scaled various solutions including the Nokia Life app (150 million users), and has also built his own retail brand.

We are two guys with a bunch of money from an investor to build a team. This is a brand new team, so there literally is no culture...yet.

You'll be coming in and shaping that culture.

If anything, our culture is one of curiosity and flexibility.

We want people who are curious, always asking questions, always digging deeper.

Every single person in this team will be wearing multiple hats, so we need people who can be flexible, and up for any task and any challenge.
