Foundingbird

🐧 Foundingbird is a digital corporate secretary that helps Malaysian startups to incorporate their company, manage accounting and bookkeeping, and handle payroll all-in-one-place through an online dashboard at an affordable price.

Our goal is to revamp how companies in South East Asia are incorporated, managed and transact with one another. We design delightful experiences that take the worry of administration from our customer's minds.

Foundingbird is a small, but quickly growing, startup reshaping the company secretary landscape, being Malaysia's first digital company secretary. The team is currently spread out over Kuala Lumpur, Berlin and Vietnam! 🌏

🏡Our home base though? That is in Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur.

At Taman Danau esa, we have started to set-up a cozy office where you'll be working if you join the team. We're not particularly a big fan of boring grey offices with ugly panel ceilings and flickering fluorescent lights. So if it feels like a second home, mission accomplished.

So then, what are the benefits you'd get at Foundingbird?

While they are ever evolving, here's what we can promise for sure!

• 😎 Unlimited paid time off. Yes, you heard that right. We won't keep track of your vacation days*. You need 20 days a year? maybe 30 days a year? You want to see Japan for 2/3 weeks? No worries. Discuss it with your team and we will figure out how you can enjoy that time off. (*unless you spend less time off work than your contract minimum, you will get a little cash bonus in that case. Win win either way)
