Our Story
Who We Are
G3 Global Berhad (“G3”), formerly known as Yen Global Berhad, was founded in 1992. The Group was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia in 2004, and subsequently promoted to the Main Board in 2005.
G3 ventured into the Information, Communication & Technology (ICT) business in 2016 via the acquisition of Atilze Digital Sdn Bhd and Atilze AI Sdn Bhd, specializing in Information Technology (IT), Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
