We pride ourselves on our faculty of highly trained, passionate and dynamic educators. Across our centres in Malaysia, we maintain a well-qualified teaching faculty with a 75% Diploma training level.
The teaching faculty is guided and supported by the able leadership of a team of extensively experienced, well-qualified and highly capable team of principals and managers, who are Degree holders.
Successful implementation of innovative programmes and curriculum
Harnessing internationally-validated research on global best practices, our team of dedicated curriculum specialists have developed and pioneered innovative, progressive programmes that were subsequently adopted across the industry in Malaysia.
With its team of well-qualified teachers and Principals, our centres have successfully implemented many new innovations in curriculum, including the Montessori Approach, world-renowned Reggio Emilia-inspired programmes, Project Approach, Integrated Curriculum, Multiple Intelligence, and Primary School Preparatory Programme, well before they were being introduced in other centres in Malaysia.
Our Centers’ accomplishment in pioneering innovative curriculum delivery is clearly evidenced by the successful, seamless transition of our children to primary school, as reported in our Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTC), as well as through the testimonials and positive feedback we regularly receive from our parents.
Consecutive attainment of the maximum 5-years’ operating license since commencement
Our centres have consecutively attained the maximum 5-year operating licensing from our local authorities since their respective commencements. Such maximum periods of licensing are only given to centres that substantially surpassed requirements covering the centres’ environment, staffing, curriculum implementation, administration and other operational areas. This feat serves as a strong endorsement of the excellent standards of operation observed by our centres.
