In December 1980, HIS was founded in a small office in Shinjuku with two desks and one phone.

Hideo Sawada the founder of HIS has continued to take on various challenges based on his wish that
as many people as possible should travel the world.

H.I.S. Management Services Sdn Bhd is a Japanese-based company incorporated in Malaysia on October 20, 2011. Located in Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, it serves as the regional office for South East Asia, South Asia, and Oceania under H.I.S. Co. Ltd. (Japan). 

The company provides managerial oversight and advisory support to the H.I.S. Group in areas such as accounting, taxation, human resources and administration, as well as legal matters, across multiple countries in the region.
