About Us
We are a Building Contractor with extensive HIGH RISE BUILDING construction experience backed by a comprehensive range of fully owned construction plant and equipment. We have a proven track record of delivering quality buildings confirmed by assessors from the Building Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore whereby the projects were assessed to the requirements of CONQUAS specifications. From residential & commercial developments in Mont’ Kiara, Desa Park City as well as within the heart of Kuala Lumpur City, we have achieved CONQUAS scores in the high seventies. The highest CONQUAS score that we have achieved is 80.1 in 2015. Our experienced Project Management teams together with a core group of highly skilled sub-contractors delivers consistent products that meet our client’s objectives.
