About Hann
Established since 2005, we are a human capital consulting firm that helps companies assess their talents and develop leadership. In another words, we help companies to find out if their talent composition fits their business growth plan. If we discover there are many monkeys working in a company, we will find out who has been feeding them. We will go after the feeders and hold them accountable to adopt better mindset, attitude & skills. Sometimes we just have to replace the monkeys with better monkeys. Yes, we have very interesting jobs that require creativity, acumen and also courage. Above all else, we must stand firm in speaking the truth without prejudice.

We are a small, fun & intelligent team of 5-6 people and we work from home 100%. We have very diverse client projects that require detailed analysis & follow-up. Our clients can be from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong or even Australia. At the same time, we constantly create new tools & contents to catch up with market trends.
