Happy Penguins Child Care Centre

Lil Faculty and Happy Penguins are early childhood education centres dedicated to creating a warm, nurturing and meaningful environment where young children can learn, explore and grow.

Our programmes are designed around the belief that children learn best through play, exploration, hands-on experiences and positive relationships. We combine elements of Montessori-inspired learning, thematic activities and age-appropriate experiences to support each child’s development.

From our youngest infants to preschoolers, we aim to provide a safe and happy environment where children feel confident to discover the world around them.

We believe that a great childcare centre starts with a great team. We value teamwork, patience, kindness, responsibility and continuous learning. We encourage our educators to share ideas, support one another and grow together as a team.
