Hextar Industries Berhad (formerly known as SCH Group Berhad) commenced operations in December 2011 as an investment holding company and was listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd on 13 February 2014.
The Group is principally engaged in three core business segments:
Our history began in 1983 with Sin Chee Heng Sdn Bhd, a distributor and supplier of general industrial products. In the later years, we saw an opportunity in quarry industrial products and transitioned our focus to become the country and SE Asia’s leading quarry specialist.
In 2018, the Group embarked on its diversification route to grow its revenue base with the acquisition of PK Fertilizers (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd, a top-tier fertilizer manufacturer company, and TK Rentals Sdn Bhd, an event equipment rentals business.
Subsequently in 2022, we continued to expand our fertilizer business in line with the group’s long-term plan and acquired Hextar Fertilizers Limited, solidifying our presence in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia with an 8-fold increase in production capacity of 679,000 metric tonnes per annum.
With the group’s combined strengths of over 40 years of experience, expertise, and distribution network, Hextar Industries Berhad has all the right tools to deliver sustainable solutions to our customers and meet the evolving demands of each industry.
