Non-Profit Organisations

International Financial Consultant Certified Institute (IFCCI) is a non-profit professional institute established in 2020 to strengthen the standards, credibility, and ethics within Malaysia’s financial and trading industry. The organisation was founded in response to the growing need for structured financial education, independent certification, and consumer protection at a time when unregulated training providers and fraudulent schemes were becoming increasingly common.
With recognition under the Registrar of Societies (ROS) and the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN), IFCCI was created to serve as an independent authority focused on education, certification, and industry development.
Today, IFCCI provides a full ecosystem of professional programmes, including the Certified Financial Trader (CFT) certification, diploma-level financial market education, skills-based assessments under JPK, and nationwide financial literacy initiatives. The institute also collaborates with universities, corporate partners, and industry bodies to elevate professional competency and establish ethical benchmarks for financial consultants, traders, and wealth advisors.
For jobseekers, joining IFCCI means entering a mission-driven organisation that prioritises integrity, academic quality, and public interest. Team members work across areas such as education development, certification management, academic operations, research, marketing, student services, and industry partnerships. IFCCI offers a structured and growth-oriented environment, making it suitable for individuals who value purpose-driven work, professional development, and the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of Malaysia’s financial education landscape.
At IFCCI, we maintain a professional and purpose-driven culture grounded in integrity, responsibility, and continuous improvement. While our work contributes to national financial education standards, we recognise the importance of a healthy and sustainable work environment. Our teams operate with mutual respect, open communication, and a collaborative spirit. The atmosphere is structured but not rigid; we value discipline and quality, yet we also understand the need for balance. There are periods of high activity, but the day-to-day environment remains approachable, calm, and supportive.
Candidates joining IFCCI can expect clear guidance, strong teamwork, and a culture that encourages learning rather than perfection. We understand that mistakes are a natural part of growth, and we maintain high tolerance for errors made in good faith—provided individuals are willing to learn, improve, and take responsibility. New team members will receive onboarding support and are encouraged to ask questions, seek clarification, and explore better ways of doing things.
Work at IFCCI is structured, with defined processes and expectations, but not overly demanding or stressful. Team members are trusted to manage their responsibilities, contribute ideas, and take ownership of their work at a comfortable yet productive pace. As a growing institute, we offer ample opportunities for professional development, exposure to meaningful projects, and the chance to contribute to a mission that genuinely benefits the financial education landscape in Malaysia.
