Intrix commenced its journey into Europe many years ago and has gained significant experience by working with a UK market leading partner since 2003. Initially to provide external R&D support on heating solutions which quickly developed into added value design, manufacture, and supply of hot water and heating technology solutions, to leading water heating companies.

The success and sharing of innovation and technical expertise continued and also extended to supporting a leading water heating manufacturer in Germany, with original design manufacture (ODM). Over the years Intrix has built a strong bond of trust and established healthy working relationships with its business partners. The passion and commitment from the Intrix team remain core and the business continues to strive for the very best value quality of service and product reliability.

Intrix is proud of their innovative heritage and achievements to date which includes obtaining 13 patents. There are many awards include the ‘Good Design Award’ and ‘Good Quality Award’. Intrix is also delighted to continue to strengthen its reputation for success throughout South East Asia.

The achievements and supply chain business collaboration are excellent stepping stones for Intrix to achieve another summit. The Intrix team has supplied cutting-edge hot water and heating technology to many world-class 6 star rated projects. These include the DoubleTree Hilton, Four Seasons Hotel, Banyan Tree, Pavillion, Tropicana Residential, Sunway Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, Shangri-La Hotels, St. Regis Hotel, Vietnam Glow Skybar, and the Paris Hilton Beach Club. Additionally, Intrix supplied the largest hot water system to the award-winning Genting Resort World’s Group project, which also secured a place in the Malaysia Book of Records.
