A significant part of our work is connected to sport and football. This includes sports facilities, grassroots and community-focused initiatives, together with advocacy and support projects for sportspeople who have experienced difficulties arising from poor professional guidance, unfair treatment or complex commercial and legal situations. Our aim is to help individuals better understand their position, access appropriate support and pursue fair outcomes where possible.

IRAMA operates with an entrepreneurial and project-driven approach. We work internationally and increasingly use remote teams to support research, administration, digital marketing, social media, business development, design and other specialist functions. 

We offer an international, entrepreneurial and flexible working environment. Our team members may work across a variety of projects and are encouraged to contribute ideas, take ownership of their work and develop new skills. For suitable positions, we support remote working and welcome applicants from across Southeast Asia.
