Who We Are
JHM Consolidation Berhad is an investment holding company specializing in designing, assembling, and manufacturing metal and electronic components across various regions, including Malaysia, the United States, Europe, Oceania, and the Asia Pacific.
The company operates in three segments: Electronic Business Unit, Mechanical Business Unit, and Others. It engages in the design, Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production, and assembly of automotive lighting, as well as the production and assembly of SMT for motor controllers, printed circuit boards, electronic, and semiconductor modules.
Additionally, JHM manufactures precision miniature engineering metal parts, LEDs for 3D effects and signature lighting, sheet metal enclosures, and value-added electro-mechanical assemblies for industries such as electronics, medical devices, and instrumentation. The company was incorporated in 2005 and is headquartered in Penang, Malaysia.
