Maruki Ramen started its operation on January 18, 2020. The owners believes that the essence of purity and quality food is the key into creating a wholesome, tasteful dish.
Commited in delivering an unforgettable ramen experience, a Ramen master who runs an omakase-style ramen restaurant was brought in to create an authentic ramen experience while perfecting new recipes to suite the local taste.
Our mission is to serve healthy, wholesome ramen, free MSG and most importantly, Halal for everyone to enjoy.
All our food ingredients are from Halal certified supplier including the meats and poultry and there are no traces of alcohol in our dishes. Maruki Ramen also has recently been certified Halal by JAKIM.
We are a Halal Japanese Restaurant that values teamwork and unity.
Our team works closely together in a supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to listen, learn and grow.
Employees will have the opportunity to learn Japanes food skills and techniques, including food preparation, kitchen discipline and proper service standards.
