Kapas is a lease-only condominium made for family, community and togethernes. We provide 32 spacious homes with a shared green enclave, curated retail shops and large common spaces. Kapas aims to cultivate authentic connections through its well-designed spacious homes that are adaptable to each family’s needs, thoughtful communal areas, neighbourhood sharing values and attention to kindness. We want to re-imagine a lifestyle where the days start and end with kindness. Kapas is our way of building that lifestyle - where neighbours are kind, where people connect and share, where we come home to truly belong.

Kapas is managed by our own hospitality company, Kindness of Strangers. At Kindness of Strangers, our vision is to spread kindness by inspiring others. And we inspire kindness by caring for others.
