We're not a product distributor. We're a licensed applicator, which means we supply and apply CODE+ as one integrated service, backed by our own project management, QA/QC inspection, and quantity surveying teams.

CODE+ protects concrete structures at a molecular level. Instead of a surface membrane that can peel, puncture, or fail at the seams, the nano-graphene penetrates into the concrete's pore structure and chemically bonds inside it. We apply this through three channels: CODE+ Direct Spray for existing structures, CODE+ Hexabloc for new pours, and CODE+ Functional Paint where a finished, paintable surface is also needed.

Our mission is to become Malaysia's leading applicator of nano-graphene construction technology, protecting the buildings that matter most, data centres, industrial plants, high-rise residential, and government projects, with a system built to outperform conventional waterproofing on longevity, reliability, and cost of ownership. We're scaling on active sites in Klang Valley, Penang and Johor.

KMSB is scaling fast, and we're looking for people who are self-motivated, don't stay in their comfort zone, and are willing to go the extra mile. If you can do the work and do it well, you're who we're looking for, regardless of paper qualifications.

Most roles here are not desk-only. You'll be out on our active sites, including Sedenak, Johor, not just reading reports about them. You'll own your area of work directly, whether that's a site, a set of numbers, or a set of consultant relationships, without needing to be told every step.

Because we're still a lean, growing team, you'll work directly with the people making decisions, not through several layers of management. Problems get solved on the ground instead of escalated upward. If you'd rather be trusted to get on with it than micromanaged, and you're willing to travel when the job needs it, you'll fit in well here.
