We’re Hiring: Permanent Accounts Staff

Caltex Nusa Sentral is looking for a permanent Accounts Staff to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare accounts, financial reports and relevant documentation
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Ensure proper filing and compliance with accounting requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in full set accounting is preferred
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Computer literate and familiar with accounting software
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
• Good communication and organisational skills
