The work here is repetitive by design. Dough is mixed, rested, shaped, and baked again and again. There are no shortcuts hidden behind the counter, only practice — and the understanding that good bread is the result of attention over time, not sudden inspiration.

Whether preparing bakes, assisting with production, or supporting customers at the counter, each role contributes to how the bakery is experienced as a whole.
