LIENDAK was founded 45 years ago in the Capital City of Sarawak Malaysia, KUCHING; the cat city. In the early years, the primary core business was construction, offering Civil Infrastructure & Building works.

A decade later, LIENDAK’s broadening purview into the public sector, working alongside the authority of governance and business model describes the rationale of how our organization creates, delivers and captures values to our customers, business partners and staff. In the year 2011, with over 40 years of professional experience in the industry, LIENDAK ventured into Property Development.

LIENDAK’s business model conceptualization is part of the business strategy. LIENDAK’s vision, mission, objectives and policies are all developed, keeping a balanced feel of reality and prevalence – creating a new trend in the industry.
