MicFront Public Speaking

Founded in 2017 by Malaysia’s most accomplished public speaker, Mas Mahathir (World Top 2), and Dr Jolynn Ch’ng (Licensed Counsellor), MicFront was established with a strong mission: to transform lives through public speaking.

The inspiration behind MicFront came from witnessing how public speaking could profoundly change a child’s life — from being too shy to step onto the stage, to confidently volunteering as a school emcee. Inspired by such transformation, Coach Mahathir and Coach Jolynn combined their passion and expertise in Psychology, Counselling, and Public Speaking to develop programmes that create a fun, meaningful, and growth-focused learning experience.

Over time, this passion has attracted like-minded teachers and coaches who are equally committed to impacting lives through communication and confidence-building.

Today, MicFront has grown to 17 outlets and continues to expand across Malaysia and internationally. We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and empowering environment where students can develop confidence and strong communication skills. Our vision is to become the No. 1 Public Speaking Academy in the World.
