Our founders spent over 30 years in the quarries and property development industry, building hard things on solid ground. But somewhere along the way, they began to ask whether the spaces people inhabit could do more than shelter them — whether a community could be intentionally designed to nourish the human spirit across every stage of life.

That question became the pivot. Lifestyle & Health Care Services Sdn. Bhd. was formed, and with it, a decade-long commitment to bringing Millennia Village to life.

Rooted in the philosophy of the ancient Hakka Tulou — where communal space was the heartbeat of village living, we set out to build something that modern Malaysia was missing: a purpose-built, nature-led wellness village where living, wellbeing, and community come together, not as amenities, but as a way of life.

Nestled within 32 acres of restored natural landscape in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Millennia Village is a resort-style home — affordable, all-inclusive, and lease-only — designed for multi-generational residents who believe the best years of their lives deserve the best environment to live them in.
