MNML (Minimalist Lab) didn't start with funding or a fancy office. It started with a fold-up table, a box of silver rings, and two founders who believed that beautiful, everyday jewellery shouldn't cost a fortune.

10 years later, we're a multi-location premium jewellery and fashion accessories brand — with stores across TRX, Pavilion KL, Sunway Velocity, Pavilion BJ and PJ — built entirely on the belief that less is more.

We design and retail minimalist 925 sterling silver and premium steel pieces (titanium & stainless steel) for the modern Malaysian woman. Our products aren't loud. They're intentional — made to complete an outfit, not overpower it.

Today, we're scaling. New locations. New digital channels. And a bigger vision: to become Malaysia's most trusted homegrown semi-fine jewellery brand in retail scene.

We're a lean, founder-led team of about 18 people — and that means what you do here actually matters. There's no hiding behind layers of hierarchy. You'll work directly with the founders, make real decisions, and see your impact on the business within weeks, not years.
