The firm was established in 1980 under the name of NG & ONG. With inception of the company for more than 43 years, the firm has a massive of experience in several area of practices in particular conveyancing viz. advising and preparation of Sale and Purchase Agreements as well as Loan Documentation for Financial institution. Beside of the above, we have also indulged in advising many clients on Joint Ventures Development and Business Collaboration Initiatives that include cross border.

Most of our key staffs have been with the firm for over 43 years with some from the date of inception. New blood has been gradually injected to meet the rising new expectations of the enlarging clients. With the current setup, strategically Headquarter in KL and branch office in Mahkota Cheras, we have been able to service clients effectively and efficiently throughout the Klang Valley. With this strategic setup too, we are able to provide an on-site execution of documents for the added convenience of our clients.
