One East Development Sdn Bhd (OED) is a registered property developer based in Kuala Lumpur, specializing in premium residential and mixed-use developments. With a developer license (No. 19781) valid through October 2027, the Company is committed to creating distinctive living environments that blend innovative design with lifestyle functionality.
One of its flagship developments, One East in Damansara, Petaling Jaya, features 65 bespoke unit types across six layout styles, a retail boulevard, and high-end lifestyle facilities such as an Urban Forest, Sky Infinity Pool, and Private Dining Hall. The project has been recognized with major industry awards including “Best Low-Rise Architectural Design” and “Best Smart Home Development” in 2022.
