OSK FIRST BEGAN OPERATIONS IN 1963 AS A SMALL STOCKBROKING COMPANY. FROM OUR HUMBLE BEGINNINGS, WE EVOLVED INTO ONE OF ASEAN’S LARGEST REGIONAL INVESTMENT BANKS IN 2001.

TODAY we are a conglomerate with diversified interests in five areas of businesses namely: property development & investment, financial services, construction,industries and hospitality. The OSK Group businesses are conducted via OSK Holdings Berhad,its subsidiaries OSK Property Holdings Berhad, PJ Development Holdings Berhad and its affiliate company,OSK Ventures International Berhad.

With a workforce of approximately 2,000 employees, the Group takes a long term view on all its businesses and seeks to build a dynamic and progressive organisation.
