P.A. Resources Berhad

P.A. Resources Berhad (“PA” / “Group”) was incorporated in Malaysia under Companies Act, 1965 as a private limited liability company on 1 September 2004. The company was subsequently converted to a public limited liability company on 28 April 2005 followed by listing on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 18 April 2006. On 23 July 2007, P.A. successfully transfer listed to the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

P.A. operates as a group of companies that involves in all levels of the activities. P.A. cast billets which consider as an upstream activity. As for midstream activities, P.A. extrudes aluminium profile. P.A. is equipped with fabrication and a surface finishing facility which is considered as a downstream activity.

Over the years, the Group has earned the trust and confidence of its customers by adhering strictly to the practice of quality assurance at all levels of its processes.
