Overtime payment will be made for work performed beyond normal working hours, subject to prior approval from management

Provided to employees who are required to travel for work-related duties, based on approved claims or company policy.

Employees may be considered for promotion based on performance, work attitude, skills, and company requirements.
ATTENDANCE ALLOWANCE
Given to employees with good attendance and punctuality, subject to management’s monthly review.
