Founded by Mr. Oh Kean Shen, a stalwart of the leisure boating industry in Southeast Asia, Pen Marine reflects his deep-rooted passion for boating and unmatched expertise in the marine sector. With a background in shipbuilding, repair, and marine development, Mr. Oh has played a pivotal role in advancing the region’s yachting infrastructure and community.
