Who Are We

Perangsang Remuda Sdn.Bhd. was established since 1986 with its core business as a specialist contracting cum supplier company in the building and construction industry. PRSB specializes in providing innovative integrated solutions to flooring system, acoustics and noise control applications.
In line of meeting the high demand of the construction industry, we have form two divisions namely, Pertac Resources Sdn.Bhd, the acoustic division, and Persflor Sdn Bhd, flooring division. This is in line with our corporate objectives of achieving strategic growth and synergistic expansion within the group.
We have evolved from an initial single product and service focus company to one with a broad range of products in our various field of expertise to meet the needs of our nation’s dynamic construction industry. These products and services were acquired, developed and refined over the years through our experiences, know-how’s, networks and alliances with other reputable and proven companies within their own respective fields, both locally and overseas. 

Our Culture

To become a fore-runner in the building and construction industry as specialist in:
  • The construction of sports finished for squash courts, multipurpose halls, gymnasiums and stadiums.
  • Supply and installation of imported and exotic timber flooring for residences, offices and commercial establishments.
  • Construction of recording studios for music, broadcasting, jingles, film and video production.
  • Acoustic treatment to auditoriums, multipurpose halls & AV theatrettes.
  • Acoustical ceiling and wall system.
  • Noise barriers for roads and rails.
