About Us
Permaju Industries Berhad (PIB) is a Malaysian company incorporated on 7 March 1996, listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange since 9 November 1999. The company offers management services and investment holding, with operations in the plantation, automotive, and property sectors. Its subsidiaries include Capital Intertrade (Ford dealership), Cergaz Autohaus (luxury automobile trading), Genbayu Gemilang Sdn Bhd (timber plantation), and Permaju Properties Development Sdn Bhd. PIB aims to diversify services and maximize new opportunities in line with its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals.
