Pinkcollar is a social enterprise and professional recruitment agency for migrant domestic workers with ethical hiring and sourcing practices. You may know domestic workers by their more colloquial terms, as ‘domestic helpers’ or ‘maids’. Yes, you read this right! We source, recruit and facilitate the safe and debt-free migration of our bibiks, kakaks, ates and aunties into Malaysia, ensuring their entry into safe and dignified jobs and working conditions. 

Pinkcollar was founded to tackle the systemic exploitation of migrant domestic workers in Malaysia where human trafficking, workplace abuses, and contract breaches are still common occurrences. Our aim is to elevate both the professional and humane standards of the migrant recruitment sector to benefit migrant workers and their Malaysian employers alike.

We are on an ambitious yet achievable mission to spread ethical recruitment through a win-win market solution in Malaysia, across ASEAN and beyond!
