Promserv core business is primarily to provide specialised services in site testing and commissioning, maintenance audit, fault diagnosis and system rectification of electrical installations and power plants.

Since its inception in 1982, the company has established itself as an independent testing organization that provides unbiased testing services and recommendations for the best solution in compliance with the principle of assurance management. We have earned the authorization from Malaysia Suruhanjaya Tenaga to carry out the mentioned range of work on installation and plants of voltages from 415V to 275KV.

Over the years, based on the experience gained, our team has developed a new frontier of Non-intrusive Predictive Maintenance for electrical protection system using its patented “live and loaded” maintenance audit technology. This unparalleled patented “live and loaded” testing enable maintenance audit to be carried out on electrical protection system without having to shut down the plant.
