About Us

Established in 1992, QR Retail Automation (Asia) Sdn. Bhd. (QRRA) is a Malaysia-based retail enterprise solutions provider that has been serving medium to large retailers across the globe for the past 18 years. Apart from providing retail consulting and system implementation support services for our fully proprietary software, we continue to stay close to our clients’ businesses by providing ongoing maintenance and enhancement services.
 
QRRA is a fully owned subsidiary of Silverlake Axis Ltd, a company listed on the Singapore stock exchange.
