 Rangers was created out of both a need and an opportunity. In 2024, the leadership behind SalesWorks Group observed a growing demand for gig workers across industries, alongside a widening gap in workforce quality, consistency and structure. Businesses were struggling to find dependable people, while gig workers faced uncertainty, poor standards and limited support. What began as an operational challenge soon became a clear calling to reimagine how temporary work could be managed with greater professionalism, dignity and care.
