Riff Raff Pain Cast Sdn Bhd is a medical supply company founded in 2016 by Mr Lim Hoong Keat, who was actively introducing and promoting an interventional pain management technology which is radiofrequency ablation (RFA) to Malaysia since 2007. Currently this procedure is very commonly practiced in many hospitals in Malaysia by orthopaedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, anaesthesiologist, interventional radiologist and etc. as an effective pain mangement technique.

On the other hand, Reneuron Reichert Tech Sdn Bhd, a sister company of RRPC aims to specialize in providing Intraoprative Neuromonitoring services in surgeries including but not limited to Spine surgeries and Neurosurgeries. These are valuable techniques that are utilized to safeguard the integrity of the imporatant neural structure throughout the surgical procedure.
